PARO NACIONAL
Este
20 de de Noviembre la CTA junto a la CGT y varias organizaciones más,
convocan a un PARO NACIONAL al que también se sumaron los gremios
aeronáuticos APTA, ATCPEA y UPSA. Las y los trabajadores de APA tenemos
motivos de sobra para adherir al paro, sin embargo Llano sigue de
espaldas a los trabajadores. Permite las persecuciones y despidos. No
hace nada para que las empresas respeten nuestro Convenio Colectivo de
Trabajo. Acuerda paritarias de manera inconsulta (en AR, acaba de cerrar
uno de los acuerdos salariales más bajos del país, 19,6% para el 2012 y
7% hasta septiembre del 2013). Priva a los trabajadores del derecho de
elegir delegados en tiempo y forma. Acepta la nueva ley de ART que acaba
de sancionar el gobierno y que representa un negociado para las
empresas que lucran con la salud de los trabajadores, en vez de exigir
al Estado que recupere su rol de garante de la Seguridad Social. Es la
misma conducción que avala las jubilaciones de hambre, el impuesto a las
ganancias sobre el salario y los topes en las asignaciones familiares.
Por todo esto y más,

ü LA ELIMINACION DEL IMPUESTO A LA GANANCIA Y LA UNIVERSALIZACIÓN DE LAS ASIGNACIONES FAMILIARES,
ü POR UNA NUEVA LEY DE PREVENCIÓN Y REPARACIÓN DE DAÑOS LABORALES QUE ELIMINE LAS ART,
ü PLUS DE $4.000 PARA TODOS LOS AERONÁUTICOS,
ü PASE A PLANTA PERMANENTE DE LOS TERCERIZADOS.
