Comunicado de Prensa
"Que no nos corten el derecho a reclamar”
La Central de Trabajadores de la Argentina (CTA) expresa su opinión ante las recientes expresiones de la Presidenta de la Nación, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, con respecto a las protestas de los trabajadores, el corte de calles y la criminalización de la protesta:
“ Es difícil sostener que en nuestro país no se criminaliza la protesta cuando existen entre 4 y 5 mil militantes populares procesados por reclamar.
“ No se trata de acusar al Gobierno de apelar a la represión brutal pero hay responsables entre el poder político, los grupos económicos, las fuerzas de seguridad y las patotas en los 14 asesinatos perpetrados desde el crimen de Mariano Ferreyra a la fecha.
“ Los trabajadores que reclaman no buscan aprovecharse de ningún Gobierno ni de su Presidenta sino que buscan soluciones a los problemas concretos que los aquejan: homologación de acuerdos salariales, paritarias libres, sueldos bajos, trabajo precario, tercerización laboral, falta de libertad y democracia sindical, entre otros temas por los que la CTA lucha diariamente.
“ Lucha que no cesan mientras no cesen las necesidades de los trabajadores y trabajadoras de la Argentina. Lucha que seguirá adelante, sea cortando calles, ocupando veredas o llenando la plaza de Mayo –que sigue estando vallada- sin violencia ni pretensión de molestar a otros sectores populares, pero con la firme voluntad de protagonizar el conflicto social.
“ Reclamando con legítimo derecho la prohibición de los despidos y suspensiones como la mejor manera de proteger a los trabajadores de la crisis; la eliminación del Impuesto a las Ganancias sobre los salarios y el 82 % móvil para todos los jubilados.
“ Convencidos de que lo que hay que cortar es la ambición desmedida de los grupos económicos que han comenzado a descargar la crisis sobre los trabajadores ”.
